Excellent Stay Near Ginza

I appreciate the staff holding our luggage when we arrived from another city in Japan. The hotel provides a very clean and accommodating environment. I also found it useful that the toilet was separate from the shower (a nice touch!), offering convenience when traveling with family. The location is close to Ginza and train stations.
The absence of tea or coffee in the room (despite having a kettle and cups) was unexpected.

The breakfast choices were sufficient and orderly. I found the experience very straightforward (just what i needed!). There was a good variety of options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

i am grateful for the convenient location. it was very close to tsukiji market. i could easily walk to ginza from the hotel. also, there were many lawsons nearby, that was very useful.
the room was very small. it wasn't the most comfortable. i had to ask the staff to clean my room on the sixth day. this was after they said they would do it on the fifth day, but they didn't.

the location is really convenient. it is close to the tsukiji fish market. the hotel is clean and the staff members are helpful. breakfast had a good variety.
i requested a late checkout, a small fee applied even for just one hour. i was surprised by this policy.

the hotel is near the ginza shopping area. i walked only a block to tsukiji. the higashyi-ginza subway station is accessible. it provides easy transportation for exploring.

The hotel's location was quite good for exploring the city.
I was really unhappy with the room. There was dirt around the bed near the window. It looked like actual mud. I notified the front desk, and they sent someone to look at it but no other room was offered, and nothing was offered in terms of compensation.
